Mr. Norm's 2009 Super Challenger Displayed at Chicago Autoshow February 19, 2010

CHICAGO, IL  --  THE MR. NORM’S SUPER CHALLENGER will be on display at the 2009 Chicago Automobile Show from February 13th thru 22nd at McCormick Place.  Available for viewing throughout the entire duration of the show, the new limited edition Super Challenger by Mr. Norm’s Garage is being featured in the Dodge Exhibit.      

Based on the new 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT-8, the Mr. Norm’s Super Challenger draws inspiration from its race bred relatives, the original 1971 Mr. Norm’s Super Challenger Super Fuel Funny Car and the legendary 1970 Challenger T/A.  The new Super Challenger features a dramatic appearance that matches heart stopping good looks with heart pounding performance.  

The Super Challenger is covered in BASF custom paint that incorporates a modern interpretation of the original Challenger T/A paint scheme.  Accenting the custom paint are carbon fiber accented spoilers front and rear that reinforce the undeniable performance oriented character of this vehicle.  Inside, the Mr. Norm’s Super Challenger features a glove soft Katzkin custom leather interior with contrasting “Barracuda” inserts and monogrammed carpet mats by Designer Mat.   

And if all that’s not enough, just wait ‘til you push the start button and awaken the wild 900 horsepower Kenne Bell supercharged and intercooled 16 plug HEMI engine.  Singing its siren song through a low restriction Corsa Performance cat back dual exhaust system, the Super Challenger balances tire smoking power with a ground hugging lowered suspension by AFCO.  Rolling stock consists of 20 inch Modern Muscle 2 piece forged wheels matched with Pirelli Scorpion Zero Assimetrico ultra high performance tires.  

Add it all up and you’ve got the new Mr. Norm’s Super Challenger, the street lethal sport coupe.  Armed with nothing less than a ground pounding 6.1 Hemi engine, it’s complemented by a chassis with just the right mix of components to harness its power.  The Super Challenger looks like a wolf in wolfs clothing, because it is.   This is one vehicle that speaks loudly and carries a very big stick.
